Recipe Ingredients for Yummy Soy Veggies

1/2 medium onion, sliced
1 garlic clove
1 1/2 cups broccoli
1/3 large zucchini, sliced
5 large mushrooms
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 spray of pam

Recipe Directions for Yummy Soy Veggies

  1. slice onion and mince garlic

  2. place in pan with about 1/2 inch water and bring to a boil to let them soften

  3. once softened, add about a tbsp of soy sauce

  4. slice zucchini in quarter slices and slice 3 of the mushrooms very thin

  5. lightly spray lean mean grilling machine with pam after letting it heat up

  6. add broccoli to pan, cover

  7. slice up remaining two mushrooms into 8 equal pieces and place them in grilling machine

  8. add sliced zucchini and mushrooms to pan, cover

  9. add remaining soy sauce to pan after zucchini and mushrooms start to sweat

  10. add seasonings such as oregano, basil, thyme (optional)

  11. flip over mushrooms in grilling machine

  12. once cooked place mushrooms in a large bowl

  13. cover mushrooms with softened veggies from pan
