Recipe Ingredients for Yummy scramble

2 bacon
2 eggs
1 tablespoon of green peppers
1 tablespoon of onions
1 tablespoon of sour cream
1 tablespoon of green salsa

Recipe Directions for Yummy scramble

  1. Prepare ingredients (chop veggies and crack eggs into a cup and scramble)

  2. Cook bacon until crisp, and then set aside.

  3. Pour out bacon grease.

  4. Add chopped veggies to the pan, and saute for about 2 minutes until tender crisp.

  5. Break bacon into pieces and add to the pan of veggies.

  6. Add eggs and cook until the eggs are set.

  7. Dollop a tbls of green salsa and sour cream to finish!
