Salmon burgers... delish! my favorite meal of the day!

Recipe Ingredients for Yummy Salmon Burgers!

14 3/4 oz pink salmon
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 cups green onions
2 tablespoons mayo
2 eggs
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp vegetable oil

Recipe Directions for Yummy Salmon Burgers!

  1. Combine Salmon (I use canned Chicken of the Sea), Breadcrumbs, onion, Mayo, beaten eggs, lemon juice and garlic salt.

  2. Blend well (I usually use a food processor)

  3. Shape into 8 burger patties

  4. Heat tsp oil and cook over medium heat until both sides are brown and heated through

  5. Awesome on a toasted whole wheat bun with some extra lemon juice on top, and spinach!
