Pork Chops baked in sauce. The sauce is awesome over rice.

Recipe Ingredients for Yummy Porkchops

9 oz boneless pork chops, trimmed of fat
4 tbsps ketchup
4 tbsps soy sauce
3 tsp honey

Recipe Directions for Yummy Porkchops

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Mix ketchup, soy sauce and honey together until smooth.

  3. Place porkchops in baking dish.

  4. Pour ketchup mixture over porkchops.

  5. Cover and bake for 45 minutes, then remove the cover and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
