1 cucumber (8-1/4") Cucumber
2 clove Garlic
3 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery
1 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Green
2 oz Liquid Aminos
2 oz Olive Oil
6 oz Juice

cut up all vegetables (especially cukes & celery) and add quickly lemon juice so as to allow breaking down a bit. Then at leisure cut up & add the rest
