Banana, Apple, and Blueberry Muffins

Recipe Ingredients for Yummy morning muffins

1 large banana
3/4 cup unsweetened apple sauce
1 cup frozen blueberries
1/3 cup butter
3/4 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 cup flour
1/2 cup wheat germ
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg

Recipe Directions for Yummy morning muffins

  1. Pre heat oven to 375.

  2. In a bowl mix flour, whole wheat flour, wheat germ, baking soda and baking powder. Set aside. The amounts of flour and wheat germ can vary, if you don't like wheat germ, decrease amount and add more of another type of flour.

  3. In a large bowl mush banana with applesauce.

  4. Slightly beat egg and add to banana mixture.

  5. Add sugar to banana mixture.

  6. Melt butter and add to banana mixture.

  7. Add dry ingredients to banana mixture.

  8. Fold in blueberries.

  9. Spoon into well greased muffin tins

  10. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes. Cooking time may vary watch closely.
