Recipe Ingredients for Yummy Health Muffins

1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup rolled oats
2 cups bran
1 1/4 cups brown sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tbl cinnamon
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tbl nutmeg
1 tsp allspice
1 tsp cloves
1 tsp ginger
1 cup wheat germ
25 oz unsweetened applesauce
4 large bananas
3/4 cup canola oil
1 1/4 tbl vanilla
4 eggs
2 cups raisins
1 1/2 cups chopped walnuts

Recipe Directions for Yummy Health Muffins

  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees F

  2. Grease muffin tins or line with paper liners

  3. Combine dry ingredients, then add wet ingredients and mix

  4. Add raisins and nuts - mix

  5. Fill muffin cups; bake 20-25 minutes

  6. Should make 2 dozen large muffins
