tilapia/flounder simmered in a bed of onion, garlic, leek, tomato and peppers with ck broth, spooned into a flour tortilla.

Recipe Ingredients for Yummy fish tacos

2 lb. flounder fillets
2 tomatoes
2 leeks
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 c. onion
1/2 c. green pepper
2 jalapeno peppers
2 c. chicken broth
1 tbsp cumin
1 tbsp red pepper powder
9 flour tortillas

Recipe Directions for Yummy fish tacos

  1. chop leek, jalapeno, and garlic, then sautee until slightly brown in a large saucepan.

  2. add chicken broth, tomato, onion, green pepper and fish. sprinkle cumin and red pepper powder over and mix together. let simmer about 10-12 minutes until fish flakes easily.

  3. either serve fillets, or break up and mix all ingredients together and spoon onto a tortilla. enjoy.
