amazingly healthy, but with all the crunch of 'real' chips (or crisps as we call them here)

Recipe Ingredients for yummy crisps

200 g kale
75 g nutritional yeast flakes
70 g cashews
5 g salt

Recipe Directions for yummy crisps

  1. grind nuts in a food processor

  2. make into a paste with a little water and the yeast flakes & salt

  3. spread mixture over the kale and work into kale well until it's all covered

  4. Bake at a low heat (or dehydrate) until it's dark green and very crispy (at least 10 minutes)
