Recipe Ingredients for Yummy Cottage Cheese Pancakes

1 cup cottage cheese
1/3 cup flour
2 tbs vegetable oil
3 eggs (lightly beaten)
1 cooking spray
1 tbs vanilla

Recipe Directions for Yummy Cottage Cheese Pancakes

  1. Combine cottage cheese, flour, oil, and eggs in a large bowl. (Put in a blender)

  2. Heat a large skillet over medium heat, and coat with cooking spray.

  3. Pour 1/3 cupfuls of batter onto the skillet, and cook until bubbles appear on the surface.

  4. Flip with a spatula, and cook until browned on the other side.
