Recipe Ingredients for Yummy chicken casserole

24 oz. boneless skinless chicken breast
10 ounce frozen spinach, chopped
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/2 t. garlic powder
8 ounce mushrooms
2 T. melted butter
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

Recipe Directions for Yummy chicken casserole

  1. Cook spinach according to package directions without added salt.

  2. Mix chopped onions and spinach and spread in bottom of baking dish.

  3. Sprinkle with 1/4 t. garlic powder.

  4. Spread mushrooms on onion and spinach mixture.

  5. Drizzle with melted butter.

  6. Put chicken on top of above mixture.

  7. Sprinkle chicken with 1/4 t. garlic powder.

  8. Place cheese on top.

  9. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
