Recipe Ingredients for yummy broccoli salad

300 g uncooked broccoli, cut into florets
1/2 cup cashews
1/3 cup craisins
50 g chopped red onion
1 cup fat free mayonnaise
2/3 cup splenda no calorie
3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

Recipe Directions for yummy broccoli salad

  1. mix mayo splenda and vinegar in a small bowl

  2. chop and combine all other ingredients

  3. mix dressing into broccoli mixture

  4. chill for at least 30 minutes
