I think this is perfectly reasonable for a breakfast... the bananas are filling and it tastes AMAZING!

Recipe Ingredients for Yummy Breakfast Smoothie :)

6 oz Dannon Peach Yogurt
1/2 medium banana
5 strawberries
1/4 cup silk unsweetened soy milk

Recipe Directions for Yummy Breakfast Smoothie :)

  1. Freeze strawberries and bananas overnight

  2. Just pop the frozen fruit in the blender in the morning with your yogurt and the soy milk and.... mmmmm :)
