For my food log. I like this on weekend mornings. Can add dried fruit or nuts if you can afford the cals.

Recipe Ingredients for yummy breakfast

3 T cream of wheat, dry
1 cup water
1 T honey
4 oz. natural applesauce,
1/8 t nutmeg
1 pinch cloves
1/2 t cinnamon

Recipe Directions for yummy breakfast

Cook the cream of wheat according to package directions in the water. Add spices in the last minute of cooking. Stir in the honey and the applesauce.
