Recipe Ingredients for Yummy braised Kale

6 oz kale
7 oz spring greens
2 tablespoon olive oil
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 medium onion, finely sliced
1 teaspoon dried mixed herbs
1 salt and pepper, season to taste

Recipe Directions for Yummy braised Kale

Heat the oil in a heavy based frying pan with a lid, fry off the onion until soft, add the garlic and fry for 2 minutes, add the kale, seasoning and herbs, mix ingredients well and on a low- medium heat cook with lid on for 20-30 minutes or until Kale is tender. Serve immmediately.
