Delicious, low fat blueberry muffins.

Recipe Ingredients for yummy blueberry muffins

4 serving Flour
4 serving Flour
2 serving Baking Powder
80 grams Stevia
1 tbsp Agave Nectar
1/2 cup Apple Sauce Original Organics
1 large Egg, Whole
3 tbsp Egg Whites
1 1/2 tbsp Organic Unsalted Butter
1 cup, unthawed Blueberries

Recipe Directions for yummy blueberry muffins

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all of the dry ingredients. In a separate bowl beat agave nectar and butter together for 1 minute on medium. Add the rest of the wet ingredients and beat on medium for 2 minutes. Slowly add in dry ingredients and beat for another 2 minutes. Fold in the blueberries, or you can add them after you pour mix in muffin tin. Pour mix into cupcake liners until 3/4 full. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
