Recipe Ingredients for *Yummy BLT Salad

6 egg whites
6 eggs
8 slices Microwave Ready Bacon
2 cups lettuce
1 tablespoon mayo
2 tablespoons dijon mustard
1 tomato
1/2 avocado

Recipe Directions for *Yummy BLT Salad

Hardboil the eggs and dice them up. Chop up the bacon and fry it. Drain all of the grease. It's best for this recipe to use paper towels to soak some of it up as well. Chop up a head of lettuce and mix all of the ingredients together. I would guess the mayo is about half a cup. Just add some, mix, and taste. You just want to give the lettuce a light coating. You'll know when it's right.
