Recipe Ingredients for YUMMY BEEF BARLEY STEW

26 oz swanson unsalted cooking stock
2 carrot (7-1/2") Carrots
5 oz Peas, Green
0.25 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
3 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
3 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potatoes, Boiled
0.5 large Onions
16 oz Beef, Top Sirloin
1 cup Barley

Recipe Directions for YUMMY BEEF BARLEY STEW

mix flour with salt, pepper, taragon, paprika and garlic posder to taste. lightly coat beef and brown in large pot with onions and celery. Add beef stock and remainder of vegetables, peeled and cut into bite sized pieces. Add 2 C water. bring to boil then lower heat and simmer for a couple of hours. Add barley about 45 minutes before serving.
