Recipe Ingredients for Yummy Banana Muffins

2 cups flour
1 cup white sugar
1 cup mashed banana
1/2 cup margarine
2 eggs
6 tablespoons milk
2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt

Recipe Directions for Yummy Banana Muffins

  1. mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon - set aside

  2. in seperate bowl cream margarine and sugar, add eggs and mix until smooth. Add in milk and mashed banana and mix well.

  3. fold in flour mixture and mix just until combined

  4. fill muffin tins and bake in preheated 325 degree oven for 20 or 25 minutes.
