Makes 4 servings



Easy and flavorful tuna sandwich filling. Just add your bread of choice (lightly toasted is yummy), and maybe some alfalfa sprouts or fresh spinach leaves. This is also great on Triscuit Thins for an easy "nibble lunch".

Recipe Ingredients for Yummo! Tuna Sandwich Filling

5 oz chunk light tuna, water pack
33 g red bell pepper, minced
1 scallion, minced
14 g celery, minced
24 g shredded carrot
2 tsp parsley, minced
2 T dill pickle relish
2 T plain yogurt
1/2 tsp dijon mustard
1 tsp fresh lemon juice

Recipe Directions for Yummo! Tuna Sandwich Filling

Drain tuna well and place in a bowl. Add remaining ingredients, mix well. Keep chilled until serving time.
