Quick treat. I cut up and freeze the fruit in baggies ahead of time and in the morning all I have to do is dump it in the single-serve blender and I'm ready to go!

Recipe Ingredients for Yummo Summer Smoothie

1 peach, sliced frozen
1 banana
4 ice
1/4 cup skim milk

Recipe Directions for Yummo Summer Smoothie

Just put all ingredients in a blender (LOVE my personal size blender) and blend until smooth. Sometimes I add a packet of sweet'n low if it's not quite there with just the fruit :)
