Taken from the Yumm Cafe, this is my version. Dressing is your choice, unless you purchase their dressing.

Recipe Ingredients for Yumm Bowl

1 cup cooked brown rice
2 tablespoons black beans
2 tablespoons diced tomato
2 tablespoons sliced avocado
1 tablespoon sliced olives
1 teaspoon sour cream
1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
1 tablespoon salsa
2 tablespoons dressing

Recipe Directions for Yumm Bowl

Layer in bowl beginning with rice and beans and adding toppings in order to your taste. All flavors are mixed in the dressing of your choice.
