This is my version of the Yumm Bowl. Sriracha hot sauce and Yumm sauce are always to be added. Add calories to this recipe separately.

Recipe Ingredients for Yumm Bowl

1/2 cup Brown Rice
1/2 cup black beans
1 tablespoon cheddar cheese
1/4 cup tomato
1/2 cup avocado
1/4 cup onion
1 T chives

Recipe Directions for Yumm Bowl

  1. Layer First two ingredients in a microwavable bowl in order shown.

  2. Microwave, covered, on high for 2 to 3 minutes.

  3. Add Yumm Sauce and Sriracha.

  4. Layer the rest of the ingredients.

  5. Eat.
