Recipe Ingredients for Yum Yum Tuna Burgers

4 oz. Chunk Light Tuna in Water
1/4 c Parmesan Bread Crumbs
2 slices American Cheese
4 tbsp. Garlic Powder
2 tbsp. Black Pepper
4 tsp. Salt
3 tbsp. Parsley
4 tbsp. Kraft Zesty Italian Salad Dressing

Recipe Directions for Yum Yum Tuna Burgers

  1. Heat large skillet over med-high heat.

  2. Mix together tuna, bread crumbs, garlic, pepper, salt, and parsley.

  3. Form mixture into 4 equal sized patties. Top two of the patties with 1 piece of cheese and put the other pattie on top. (so the cheese is between two patties).

  4. Fry in pan with a little bit of olive oil until crunchy on the outside and warm on the inside.

  5. Serve on a bun (or alone) and with Italian Salad Dressing.
