Vegan, cheesy and creamy...this sauce tastes great on just about everything...from rice bowls to salads to wraps.

Recipe Ingredients for Yum Sauce

1/4 cup canola oil
1/4 cup almonds
1/3 cup water
1/4 cup chickpeas
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
2 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
1 teaspoon garlic
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon curry powder
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon dried cilantro

Recipe Directions for Yum Sauce

  1. In a high speed blender or food processor, combine oil, almonds, water and chickpeas. Blend until relatively smooth

  2. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth

  3. Transfer to a small bowl and refrigerate until serving
