This salad is great and keeps wonderfully in the fridge.

Recipe Ingredients for Yum Salad!

5 cups romaine lettuce
5 cups collard greens
2 cups grapes
1 cup jicama
1 1/2 medium avocado
1 large apple
1 cup raw sunflower seeds
1/2 medium onion

Recipe Directions for Yum Salad!

Just chop everything and throw it in to a bowl! Then add the sunflower seeds and stir them in. You can add salad dressing if you'd like but I really don't think it's necessary!
