Recipe Ingredients for YUM: Chinese style oatmeal

2/3 cup uncooked oats
1/2 tsp sesame oil
2 tsp soya sauce
1/2 tsp chives
1 egg
1 tsp sunflower oil

Recipe Directions for YUM: Chinese style oatmeal

  1. Heat 2/3 cup water on high fire until almost boiling, stir in oatmeal. Cook until soft on low fire. Goes really fast.

  2. Add in soya sauce and sesame oil, put into bowl to cool.

  3. Fry egg and top oatmeal

  4. Sprinkle with chives

  5. Enjoy
