Chicken thigh marinated in Yoshida sauce

Recipe Ingredients for Yoshida Chicken

16 oz chicken thigh
5 tbsp teriyaki sauce
1 tbsp minced garlic
2 tbsp sugar

Recipe Directions for Yoshida Chicken

  1. Thaw four boneless/skinless chicken thighs.

  2. Add 1 tbsp minced garlic, 4 tbsp Yoshida sauce and pepper.

  3. Place in refrigerator for 2 - 4 hours to marinate.

  4. Remove from refrigerator and grill chicken on BBQ while basting with marinade.
