Recipe Ingredients for Yo's Omelette

7 eggs
1/2 cups 2% milk
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 mushroom
1/4 cup red pepper
1 green onion
5 ml butter
5 ml cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Yo's Omelette

  1. Wisk eggs with milk until well aired.

  2. Melt butter in non-stick pan heated to medium.

  3. Stir in minced red pepper and green onion.

  4. Pour mixture slowly into the hot pan.

  5. Place mushroom slices over 1/2 of the omelette.

  6. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the whole omelette.

  7. Cover and let cook on low until the omelette looks almost cooked through.

  8. Fold half of the omelette over onto the side with the mushroom slices.

  9. Cover and let cook another minute or two.

  10. Serve.
