Super low fat Yorkshire pudding recipe.

Recipe Ingredients for Yorshire Pudding with Olive Oil

1 cup skim milk
1 cup all-purpose flour
3 large eggs
1/2 teaspoon salt
12 teaspoons olive oil

Recipe Directions for Yorshire Pudding with Olive Oil

  1. Preheat oven to 450F. Place 12 cup muffin tin in oven to preheat.

  2. Mix first four ingredients into a smooth batter.

  3. Remove muffin tin from oven and place a tsp of olive oil in each cup. Place tin in oven again for two minutes.

  4. Remove tin from oven and place about 3 talbespoons of batter in each cup. Divide the batter evenly between the cups.

  5. Place tin in oven in the oven for 10 minutes then turn the temperature down to 350F and bake anothe 10 minutes until the puddings have risen and are nicely browned.

  6. Remove from oven and eat warm with gravy or jelly.
