Recipe Ingredients for Yorkshire Pudding

4 eggs
1 1/2 cups milk
1 cup flour
1 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Yorkshire Pudding

  1. Beat 4 eggs in a large bowl (you can do this with an electric mixer, but I prefer to do it by hand with a whisk.

  2. Add milk and beat vigorously.

  3. Add flour and salt and whisk vigorously for about 1 minute or until frothy

  4. Distribute batter evenly in a well-greased muffin tin and bake at 400F for 15 minutes.

  5. Reduce heat to 350F and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes or until golden brown,
