Recipe Ingredients for Yorkshire pudding

5 oz flour
1 large egg
1/2 pint semi-skimmed milk

Recipe Directions for Yorkshire pudding

  1. Whisk milk and egg together

  2. Sieve in the flour and whisk in until smooth

  3. Heat a small drop of oil in each part of the bun tray

  4. Cook on highest temperature available for 20 - 30 minutes
