Recipe Ingredients for Yorkshire Pudding

1 cup white flour
1 cup 2% milk
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon lard

Recipe Directions for Yorkshire Pudding

  1. Mix ingredients (except bacon drippings) together with a whisk. Set aside for 30 minutes to 24 hours (refrigerated).

  2. Grease 9x9 glass pan with drippings. Pour batter into prepared pan; bake in preheated oven at 425 for 25-35 minutes until brown.
