Light and airy bun that goes with roast and gravy

Recipe Ingredients for Yorkshire pudding

4 eggs
2 cups flour
2 cups milk
3 tbsp margarine, melted
1 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Yorkshire pudding

  1. Mix flour and salt

  2. Add eggs, milk and 2 tbsp melted margarine to flour mixture

  3. At same time preheat muffin tins in the oven

  4. Mix on low speed for 30 sec and med speed for 1 min

  5. Take muffin tin out of oven and add small amount of melted margarine or beef fat from roast to each cup and fill each hole slightly less than halfway

  6. Bake at 450F for 10 min and then reduce heat to 350F for 15 more min
