Recipe Ingredients for Yorkshire Pudding

250 g plain flour
1 tsp salt
4 eggs
2 egg yolks
300 ml milk
300 ml water
2 tbs olive oil

Recipe Directions for Yorkshire Pudding

  1. place all ingrediants except oil into a food processor

  2. pulse without the plunger in for 5 secons bursts untill you have a smooth batter

  3. rest batter for 30 minutes

  4. place olive oil in roasting tin (40 by 25 cm) and place in a 220 C oven gor 5 minutes, then pour in batter at place in oven for 20-25 minutes
