Recipe Ingredients for Yorkshire pudding

1 cup flour
2 eggs
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup 2 % milk
1/2 cup water

Recipe Directions for Yorkshire pudding

have all ingredients at room temp. beat eggs until lemony and add liquids, combine all ingredients and beat until frothy. Bake as for Yorkshire pudding: remove roast and vegetables to serving dish, return baking dish with drippings to 400 degree oven until smoking, pour batter into hot roasting pan and bake for 30 minutes.
