Recipe Ingredients for Yorkshire Pudding

1 cup flour
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup non-fat milk
1/2 cup water
1 spray of olive oil

Recipe Directions for Yorkshire Pudding

  1. Turn oven on to 220'C

  2. Spray 12 muffin tins with olive oil

  3. Heat in oven

  4. Sift flour & salt into bowl.

  5. Add eggs, milk & water.

  6. Let stand

  7. Pour mix into heated muffin tins

  8. Cook 25 - 30 min
