Recipe Ingredients for Yolk Yanker 1 - Ham Spanish Omelette (The Hamish)

3 egg whites
1 egg
40 g chopped green pepper - 1/4 cup
50 g chopped tomatoes - 1/4 cup
35 g chopped onions - 1/4 cup
25 g ham - 2 square slices
1 tsp olive oil
1/2 tsp chopped garlic
1 ounce grated cheese

Recipe Directions for Yolk Yanker 1 - Ham Spanish Omelette (The Hamish)

  1. Seperate egg whites from 3 eggs.

  2. Chop all veggies

  3. Sautee veggies, garlic, and ham in oil.

  4. Beat one whole egg with 3 egg whites.

  5. Cover omelette.

  6. Before serving, melt cheese on top.

  7. Garnish with parsly or cilantro.
