Moist low fat cornbread. Good to eat with chili.

Recipe Ingredients for Yoli's Low Fat Cornbread

3/4 cup All-purpose flour
3/4 cup Cornmeal
2 tablespoons no calorie splenda
2 teaspoons Baking powder
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/4 cup Egg beaters
1/2 cup Skim milk
3/4 cup creamed corn
2 tbs Promise Buttery spread light

Recipe Directions for Yoli's Low Fat Cornbread

  1. Mix all the wet ingredients in a mixer including the promise spread. Mix at high speed until everything is well blended. In a separate bowl mix all the dry ingredients. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and quickly blend using a wooden spoon. DO not over mix!

  2. Spray a loaf pan with non stick cooking spray and add the batter. Bake for 30 minutes or until top has puffed up and is slightly brown.
