Makes a great topping for yogurt.

Recipe Ingredients for Yogurt Topping

1/2 cup(170 g) Quinoa
2 tbsp, ground Flaxseed
1 tbsp Local Honey
1 1tsp Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Yogurt Topping

  1. Mix ingredients together and bake at 375 until lightly brown, around 20-30 minutes tossing once for even browning.

  2. Remove from oven and stir often while cooling to avoid sticking to bottom of pain.
