1 cup yogurt
30 gram rice
10 gram flour
1 liter water
1 tablespoon olive oil

Recipe Directions for Yogurt Soup

  1. Mix the yogurt and flour well

  2. Dilute the mix in the water

  3. Add the rice

  4. Cook over medium heat

  5. add the olive oil at last on top before serving
