Dried Yogurt, Fruit & Nuts with Flax & Cinnamon

Recipe Ingredients for Yogurt Snack

128 oz Fat Free Plain Yogurt
1 cup Sauce Apple Unsweetened
1 cup Fresh Frozen Sliced Peaches
1 cup blackberries
1 cup raspberries
1 cup cranberries
1 cup blueberries
1 1/2 cup Almonds Whole Raw
1 1/2 cup walnuts
1 1/2 cup pecans
1 1/2 cup Ground Flax Seed
4 tbsp cinnamon
8 tbsp psyllium husk

Recipe Directions for Yogurt Snack

  1. Coursely chop dried fruit and nuts.

  2. Mix all ingredients.

  3. Dry in dehydrator until pliable.

  4. Cut each tray into 12 pie slices.
