Recipe Ingredients for Yogurt smoothie-Minus the Yogurt

1 Banana, medium
1 cup Blueberries
2 tablespoons Honey
14 grams Flax seed, milled, ground

Recipe Directions for Yogurt smoothie-Minus the Yogurt

Mix 8 0z. nonfat in a food processor with 2 T honey, add flaxseed and pulse, add banana and pulse, add frozen blueberries and pulse. Blend well and serve.
