Easy and nutritious, with a tangy taste I prefer to regular slaw. Add whatever spices / herbs you like to zest it up a little.

Recipe Ingredients for Yogurt slaw

125 grams greek yogurt
2 cups cabbage, shredded
2 carrots, shredded
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper

Recipe Directions for Yogurt slaw

  1. Mix the yogurt, salt, pepper and any other seasonings in a medium sized bowl.

  2. Add the cabbage and carrots, mix well.

  3. Some seasoning ideas are: cumin and jalapeņo sauce, curry and cilantro, sriracha and lime zest, cajun spice mix... try whatever you have lying around!!!
