16 oz DANNON Plain nonfat
1/4 cup fresh raspberries
1/4 cup fresh strawberrys
1/2 cup fresh blueberrys

Recipe Directions for Yogurt shake

  1. freeze fresh fruits then take out small portions for each shake.

  2. add all ingredients together and blend well till fully mixed for a frozen treat.
