Recipe Ingredients for Yogurt Sauce

1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt
1/4 cup cucumber, seeded & minced, squeezed dry
2 tspn fresh lemon juice
1 tspn garlic, minced
1 tspn salt
1 tspn cayenne pepper

Recipe Directions for Yogurt Sauce

  1. Combine yogurt, cucumber, lemon juice, & 1 teaspoon minced garlic in a bowl.

  2. Season to taste with satl & cayenne.

  3. Chill until ready to serve.
