Chicken Breasts marinated in Yogurt and Salsa Verde

Recipe Ingredients for Yogurt Salsa Verde Chicken

250 g chicken breast
4 tbsp PC Salsa Verde
1/4 cup PC Fat Free Finesse Plain Yogurt
10 dash black pepper
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp paprika

Recipe Directions for Yogurt Salsa Verde Chicken

  1. Add pepper and spices to both sides of raw chicken breasts.

  2. measure out yogurt and stir in salsa verde until mixture is well combined

  3. place seasoned chicken breasts in container and cover with yogurt-mustard marinade. Mix until chicken is well coated with marinade

  4. place in fridge for at least 4 hours to allow meat to marinade

  5. pre-heat oven to 350 F and bake chicken with marinade coating the meat for 5 min, then set to broil for 2 min, flip chicken and bake at 350 F for 3 min and then broil once again for 2 min. remove from oven immediately to avoid over cooking
