Recipe Ingredients for Yogurt Red Pepper Hummus

15 oz can chickpeas drained and rinsed
1/2 large red pepper, baked and chopped
2 T. Miracle Whip
4 T. plain nonfat yogurt
2 cloves garlic, pressed
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Recipe Directions for Yogurt Red Pepper Hummus

  1. Bake red pepper until soft. Chop.

  2. Zap everything in food processor.
