Recipe Ingredients for Yogurt

3 cups milk, nonfat
1 1/3 cup Milk, Dry, nonfat
5 oz FAGE Total 0%

Recipe Directions for Yogurt

  1. heat milk and dry milk in top of double boiler to 190 degrees

  2. plunge top of double boiler into ice water bath to reduce heat to 115 degrees

  3. mix cooled milk with 5 oz yogurt and mix well

  4. pour into 5 cups place into yogurt maker for 6 hour

  5. chill and keep in refrigerator
