1 quart 2% milk
1/4 cup plain yogurt

Recipe Directions for Yogurt

  1. Bring milk to simmer stage 180

  2. Cover & cool to room temperature, pour thro collander to get skim off

  3. Mix in commercial yogurt

  4. Cook in yogurt maker 24 hrs
